“Superb, relaxing stay. We didn't want to leave!”
The property is very well kept, clean and modern. The bedding is good quality and we all had a very comfortable sleep. The location is very relaxing and perfect for accessing Virpazar. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. There is a table outside which is under a canopy, so can be used even when the weather isn't perfect.

What an amazing stay we had at the 'wood house'. We had a VERY warm welcome by the hosts, the house was in a great state (recently rebuilt) and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice wooden house in a small town near Virpazar. The hosts are great, friendly and welcoming. Warm welcome, coffee, brandy, they made us a traditional dinner.

We had the most amazing experience here. The hosts invited us for a meal and red wine made by the father of the property. It's a very quiet place. Very rural, with kind, warm people. But the best was yet to come. In Montenegro, it's a tradition to celebrate the birth of a baby boy. The owner of the property had 3 girls, but just had his first boy and it was celebration time! They invited us for the party, with something like 150 people. What a party! What a local experience. Will never forget. Of course we realized we wouldn't be able to sleep that night, and ended up leaving earlier. The owner refused to accept money for both nights that we stayed there! And on the first one there was no party going on at all. The generosity of this family will stay in my heart forever.

The hosts were great. They shared rakia and wine with us and cut fresh grapes from their vine for us. The house had a lot of character and the location was idyllic, being nestled amongst a valley of farms surrounded by beautiful mountains.

The accommodation has a nice atmosphere. Near the house there is the Lake Skadar and a lot of winery. It was a great base to get to know more about this beautiful environment.

Normally I’m not the person who gives review but genuinely the hosts were so kind and helpful. The main host doesn’t speak good English but got one pf her family members to translate it to English to help us guide our way because there was some road block. She even gave some of their traditional food and they really were kind. Apart from that the house is in a good location and good. Definitely recommend you to stay if you visit there.
