The owners were lovely & very welcoming. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and exactly like the photos. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

“Peaceful sanctuary”

Very warm welcome,the hosts are just so sweet,even brought us some PRIGANICE ( small round traditional fritters ) with their own delicious honey for breakfast ! Everything was very clean and comfortable,well equipped, quiet, small local shop within walking distance ( they have some delicious homemade cheese if you ask for it ) and as well a nice traditional winery just around the corner. We had a rental car, there’s private parking,if without car you probably need a taxi .

The flat is a 2 minutes walk from the Virpazar train station. The flat is beautiful and well equipped. The landlady was friendly, lovely and treated us like family. Although she didn’t know English, she used google translate brilliantly, so there was no problem with communication.

A fantastic apartment, with everything you need for a short, or even longer stay. A modern and well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, nice bathroom with a proper shower, a very comfortable bed in the spacious bedroom. Everything is decorated very nicely as well. You have your own balcony, with a view on the garden and some mountain tops in the back. Vlado and Senka are extremely nice, greeting us, after a very hot drive with homemade lemonade with Vlado's beautiful honey from his bees. We felt very welcomed, receving vegatables from thier garden. Senka and her daughter, Aleksandra also helped to organise a boat tour (with Stefan and Ivan) and restaurant recommendations nearby, both great!

Lovely, friendly hosts who invited us for honey tasting. Although they could not speak English, we were able to communicate via Google translate. The apartment was spacious and clean with all the facilities we needed for a couple of days and in a good location for visiting Lake Skadar National Park. You do need a car ,though, as it's a bit of a drive to nearest village along a busy road.

The hosts were very helpful and introduced us to their honey and cake on arrival. We communicated via Google translate. We were also lucky enough to have honey lemonade with them before we left. The apartment was well stocked including a washing machine and dishwasher. To find the place, follow the winery signs then head straight up towards to school playground.

It was wonderful staying here, a different experience like staying with a family. Such a warm welcome, different types of honey, the fabulous honey lemonade, which I will try & make myself, plus who knew with the power of google translate you could have such interesting chats! Tomatoes from the garden were delicious too. A calm and peaceful oasis. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. All the amenities and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. This is perfect if you are travelling by train as it is almost opposite, just a short walk. An easy 15 minute walk into Virpazar and a really well stocked shop close by. Just to say you pay in cash so make sure you have enough, as the cash point in Virpazar often runs out for days!

The property was very spacious with very good space all round , including the private lounge, and dining kitchen which was fully equipped. The host brought us pancakes one morning. But the highlight was the fantastic lemonade with the farms honey. It felt like we were getting a close up look at how the locals live. The lake is close and the train station is very accessible. We had the best welcome from these lovely hosts.

We loved honey farm house! The apartment was lovely, had everything you could need! The hosts were very helpful and friendly. It is a short walk into town. Highly recommend!!

Really lovely warm hosts. Spacious, well kept and equipped contemporary upstairs appartment. Pleasant residential location with an interesting garden with bee hives and home grown fruit and vegetables. Enjoy the owners many different flavours of honey. Dramatic mountain views from the balcony seating area. Nearby the station, a primary school , and a small convenience store. Neighbours with an excellent winery which does tastings and meals. In Vipazar, the Pelican restaurant and the Old fort recommend for great meals with lots of regional specialities. Make sure you try the marinaded carp. Lake Skarda is exceptionally beautiful, a pristine natural park surrounded by huge dramatic mountains. The region is famous for it's traditional farming, fishing and growing practices and lovely weather for holidays. Recommend.

Very friendly hosts who fed us honey on arrival and helped us sort a hire car for our stay. Apartment was very clean and nice and cool to return to after hot days. Very quiet and next door to an excellent winery.

Loved the apartment! It is super chick, very clean and perfectly equipped to stay some nights. Perfect place to rest and explore beautiful Lake Skadar by boat or car. The cherry on top are the hosts. Very warm and welcoming people. We had some good talks, yummi breaki and the homemade honey was a delight. Also got some local Info about good spots around the Lake and helped with organizing our boat Trip with a baby. Definitely recommend staying at the Honey Farm House!
