The location was beautiful, an easy short walk from Virpazar. The accommodation was very clean. The cottage had everything required. The private outdoor seating for each cottage was a nice touch. It felt private. It was very quiet. Everything in the cottage had been well thought through.

Lovely villa complex situated a short distance from Lake Skadar. The villa was very comfortable with a separate living area and bedroom. The outside facilities included two separate pools wuth sun loungers etc as well as each villa having it's own outdoor table and benches. There were evening meals available on request either brought to your room or as we did, on the raised terrace. There is a winery on site where tastings are available. Worth a go, try the rackija as well. A short distance away are lots of other restaurants if you fancy a change, we used the bikes available for guests to use, although I would advise checking the brakes first! Lovely mountain views as well

“Very comfortable stay”

Excellent food and wine. Friendly owners. Spotless apartment. Very close to nearby village on foot ( 15 min walk ) where you can take a boat tour on Lake. The villa is quite dark inside but this didn’t affect our stay as the weather was good and lots of outdoor spaces provided to sit. I would highly recommend this property !

Great and quiet resort just outside tourist area and use of bikes or short walk into town. Friendly hosts, great dinners and free wine tastings. The pool area is excellent too. Owners fixed a roo. maintenance issue for us even though it was late in the evening. Recommend

Everything was lovely about this stay. The owners are friendly and the scenery is beautiful. It was an easy walk into Virpazar with the option of taking the bikes. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to our terrace and the wine tasting in the evening.

“Fab villa, fab hosts, fab pool”

Love villa, we had one of the lower villas which directly looked over the pool. Fab pool and the rooms had plenty of space and amenities. Hosts were fab and we had a free wine tasting in the first night. 10-15 min walk into town down a fairly flat path. You can hire bikes from the hosts but we chose to have a leisurely walk. Great spot for exploring Lake Skadar

Great owners, location, and beautiful villa. One of the favourite places we stayed in Montenegro. Short walk to the town or they have bikes you can use for free and a lovely wine tasting in the evening

Small, relaxed. Lovely pool terracce. A good stepping stone from the airport when starting or ending a visit to Montenegro. And ideal base for exploring the Lake area. Meals can be provided on request - we had dinner and breakfast which were simple and lovely. Otherwise cook for yourself in the lovely new handmade wooden kitchen. Or walk 15 mins into Virpazar where there is lots to do - but is gets really very busy! I used one of the free pedal bikes, which are "useable" for a ride to Virpazar, but they all needed refurbishment at the time of visit

The owners were very kind and welcoming and the property was stunning. We stayed in Villa 1 on the upper terrace and the views over the grounds and sunsets were amazing. On-site free wine tasting, access to free bicycles to get into town, a clean and nice temperature pool, and a perfectly sized villa - would recommend for your stay in the Lake Shkodar region!

The property was beautiful from the outside surroundings to the villas. We loved that the pool was only shared with a few villas which meant it was very quiet.

Such a cute place to stay, within distance of the town. The free bicycles were a lovely added touch, and the breakfast being delivered to the terrace outside the room was adorable.
