“Not recommendable, considering an expensive rate”
Stains and grimes in the bath tub and washrooms, floors has a lot of sands when we arrived, beds had some dirts that cannot explain. They asked for deposit and will be refunded on our check out. However, when we checked out, the guy said that depends on the housekeeper and will be send back in our card in the few days but its been a week, they have not returned our deposit.

the floor is so dirty, you can't walk barefoot because it's so dirty, the bathtub is clogged, the attendants at the front desk are very rude, they don't help solve problems, and they don't have room service to change towels or clean the rooms, the balcony is so dirty, I don't think anyone sweeps there ::

Customer service is not good. The whole building has a bad smell. The room was very dirty. The floor has sand no one cleans it. When I called customer service it was not a good response. the walkway is not clean. Overall I do not recommend any of my family and friends.

“Great location, good sized room - but luckily we weren’t in the room long - just to sleep.”
Location of hotel was great - right on the boardwalk and oceanfront with a balcony (I think all rooms have a balcony). The size of the room(suite) was also way better than expected.
