Both our rooms were very dirty, it looked like the sheets haven’t been changed or they have not been washed properly, the floor was sticky and hasn’t been washed for at least a few days. There was hair in the washbasin and the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned either.

“Smoke smell everywhere”
People at the desk were very nice. They helped me as much as they could (for example setting the thermostat) and provided good advices on the area. Also, they were making sure that my stay was perfectly well.

We were traveling to VA Beach to adopt a dog for my daughter. The staff was very friendly to us. Our room was clean, our new dog was accepted there. We plan to return with our new friend when we come to visit VA Beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
