Fleeced by Booking .com and property for charging for double room on 6-7 for same property. I was told by the general manager that if extend booking for Beach oceanfront property . they will return cancellation money for virginia roperty, however they charge me for both the rooms

Should have been told parking and a pool on opposite sides of a busy highway. I was on crutches and would have chosen another hotel. There was a water leak making it almost impossible for me to walk on crutches The flour was very slippery
