“VA Beach getaway”

“Family Christmas Visit”
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Never heard noise from other rooms. Great location central to everywhere we wanted to go. Also loved that it is pet friendly.

“It was very comfortable.”
It was extremely clean. The staff was very attentive and happy, went out of their way to assist. Comfortable bed. Nice size room. Indoor pool. Exercise room.

About a 15 minute drive from the beach but less expensive than it's ocean front counterpart which was nice. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff was lovely. We would stay here again if we were passing through.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, from April 30 to May 9, 2024, to celebrate our anniversary and her birthday. I live in Virginia Beach, and I'm aware that finding a good hotel with reasonable rates can be challenging. However, the Hyatt Place in Town Center Virginia exceeded our expectations. It's affordable but offers a level of service you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, the location is convenient, and there's plenty of easy-to-find parking. The standout feature for me, though, was the staff. IVY at the front desk was incredibly helpful during check-in, ensuring we kept our rate even though my card had issues with payment. She remained a great help throughout our stay. CINDY A, MEGHAN, and the entire housekeeping team were always on hand to offer assistance and ensure we had everything we needed. BRANDON, ROCKY, CINDY, CONNER, and EMILY at the front desk were all friendly and approachable, addressing any concerns we had with a smile. We even met DENNIS in the elevator, and he kindly asked about our stay and whether the air conditioning was working properly. I can't remember the names of the breakfast area staff, but they were equally amazing, always hard at work to ensure guests had a great start to their day. I used to work in the hospitality industry, so I understand how tough it can be to maintain high standards and keep guests happy. The team at Hyatt Place Town Center did an outstanding job, making us feel welcome and comfortable. I can't thank them enough, and we will definitely be back!
