The process for guests who have lost belongings involves far too much red tape. I believe we should proactively work to locate their items for them, rather than making them wait indefinitely.

This was my first time coming to this hotel & I hear people on July 4th and July 5th that the elevator breaks down every year and that seriously need to be changed so that way everyone can enjoy their time in and out of the hotel and to let everyone know not to keep pressing the button inside that elevator repeatedly to think it will close the door and I highly recommend to teach everyone how to properly use an elevator because not everyone knows how to operate a simple elevator but the hotel was very luxury and amazing I loved it by far the best I seen and experienced
