“Great location!”
Perfect for our little family of 4. The resort has everything we needed within a very short distance, 2 pools, the beach, towels & chairs, plenty of restaurants, ice cream, etc. A great location! Our room was spacious, clean, well isolated and comfortable.

Great customer service when checking in, the staff was wonderful! When we got to our floor where our room was, the carpet smelled amazing and everything was cleaned and in place! Everything was clean and in place and the room was excellent. Everything was wonderful when we were there.

PLEASE BEWARE!! I was overcharged by $1200 because my online reservation that required a one night prepayment was disregarded. They charged me almost $500 per night as if I didn't make a reservation months in advance. When I called about it, no one could tell me what happened. I requested my bill which should have already been sent to me and figured it out on my own. This is a terrible feeling, to feel like someone has stolen from you and they could possibly get away with it. This has never happened to me in all me years of traveling. Please be careful before booking at this hotel, you might come to regret it.
