While the location was convenient, there were several issues during our stay. Parking should be included in the reservation cost, as it feels unreasonable to pay extra. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room was leaking, leaving the carpet wet and causing an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, the customer service was also disappointing — the staff was not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Location was great and only minutes from the beach. Breakfast was adequate and reception staff very friendly. Having the car park big plus for the location near the beach. Plenty of food outlets and shops.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Responded quickly to all our requests. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and the breakfast room was kept very clean. Room was large with plenty of outlets and charging spots. Large TV screen, microwave and a refrigerator and pod coffee maker all in good working order. Excellent shower. Bathroom stocked with all needed supplies. The towels and wash clothes were heavy weight, and the staff gave us extras.
