I would like to express my gratitude and congratulations for the exceptional quality of my stay at your establishment. The location is simply magnificent and the beauty of the site can only be praised. A big thank you to Thomas, the manager, for his unrivaled kindness and constant attention. He made our stay even more enjoyable, by demonstrating remarkable professionalism. All the staff, smiling and available, contributed to a high-quality experience. The additional gestures of kindness really made the difference and were very much appreciated. I cannot ignore the incredible quality of the restaurant. It is a real hidden star chef who officiates in your kitchen, the dishes were delicious, refined and worthy of the greatest tables. Although our arrival was tarnished by a storm, Thomas was able to manage everything with great mastery. We had the opportunity to enjoy a sumptuous apartment in the city, which perfectly compensated for the weather conditions. The stay was truly memorable, not only thanks to the quality of the services, but also to the little touches and gifts that made our experience even more unique. And what can I say about Thomas' Schnapps, a treat! I would also like to salute the staff in general, including the cleaning ladies, who were adorable, smiling and welcoming, giving the impression of feeling at home. Their kindness was a real ray of sunshine. Even if I am tempted to keep this place a secret, it seems important to me to underline all the quality and attention you put into making each stay an exceptional moment. Thank you to Thomas and his entire team for making this stay unforgettable

“Perfect”

Everything was just awesome. A cosy and romantic place with very friendly and nice staff, delicious food and many things handmade. The view from the room was unforgettable and the whole chalet was perfectly clean. They even remembered that my husband had birthday and they brought him a surprise too. The breakfast had also a great variety of foods. Everything was delicious. The cocktails were also perfectly made. The restaurant has a nice cosy atmosphere. We would absolutely love to visit again one day.

“It is everything you might expect it to be and more”

Tom and his team are incredible. We were there already in December 2021 and felt so cosy and looked after that decided to repeat experience this last week. Tom and his team helped us making it to the Chalet even though access was already much restricted given the late we arrived. We found a warmth welcome, and the room this time was as excellent and private as the one in our last time. Same top quality in the practical and luxurious settings of the room and facilities, same top quality in the briefing and sorting of our questions, same high-top quality in every recipe that we tried on his restaurant. His team always was timely and efficient, they were as friendly as professional. We were delighted with most of the handmade products that they had to offer to us. In addition, everyone in the sky stores and cable cars knows and appreciates Tom, and therefore are always keen to help to us as feeling welcome and sorted. That is an unexpected but great extra to consider.
