View from the room and the rooms in general. Comfortable beds (very big). Lovely wellness area with saunas, pool etc. Close to the bus into Vipiteno and surroundings. The restaurant was the highlight especially the dinners. Coffee machine in the bedroom would be a good addition Light on the balcony would also be useful More local cakes for breakfast.

“Not a welcoming place for Chinese guests”

I stayed at Hotel Anett with my wife and brother-in-law, who flew from Hong Kong to visit us. We booked this hotel as part of a special vacation in Italy, and while some things were pleasant—especially the housekeeping staff who showed real warmth and professionalism—our overall experience was disappointing. The service at reception and throughout the hotel was just okay, not up to the professionalism you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. But what truly stood out—in a bad way—was the treatment my wife and brother-in-law received from one particular waitress at breakfast. She would greet and offer options (like eggs or tea) to European guests, but completely ignored my family. No greetings, no service offers, and a noticeably unfriendly tone. I was treated better myself, which made the difference in treatment even more uncomfortable and embarrassing. It was painful to watch, especially because I had hoped to give my family a warm and memorable experience. The hotel promotes positivity with messages like “Today is a good day to have a good day” and “Who is Anett?”—but unfortunately, that spirit was not shown to everyone. I cannot recommend this hotel to other Chinese travelers or anyone traveling with Chinese family or colleagues. The messaging is nice, but hospitality should be felt—not just printed on napkins.

Hotel Anett is a very modern hotel and I enjoyed a spacious room with a very nice mountain view. Breakfast is excellent and the dinner is delicious. The half pension menu is excellent, with several courses served at the table. Wine list is very good too, from very affordable to very precious. Nice swimming pool and sauna area. To be recommended.
