Appreciate the staff effort against the issue they have, Seems like owner do not care staff trying to do impossible to satisfy clients. Many many thanks to staff fighting with all the evil around to satisfy guests.

“Excellent and Convenient”
The room was very clean and warm, an excellent welcome from the outside cold and snowy weather . Good location was very convenient to my activity location, with very friendly and welcoming receptionists. All went well as wished.
