Excellent location in the center of Vynnitsia, rooms are not big but large enough and comfortable. Breakfast is varied and good. The hotel has long corridors connecting once different buildings with some steps between aisles. You can have a porter service to get your luggage to your room though. There is a private parking lot behind the hotel but space is not guaranteed (first served) but there is a mall with parking just adjacent.

I got no words to describe this hotel. It is just perfect in all aspects. The breakfast , the room design , the spa, the swiming pool , the lobby. You know , you just come to this city in Ukraine and you can not believe that everything is here .

Very helpful and polite staff, starting from the reception and ending with the sucurity guys. All were ready to help (and actually helped me). Also great restaurant with very good cousine, and awesome breakfast.

“Central luxury hotel”

I usually try to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Vinnytsia, but it is often busy without an available room, so I was glad to get a room for my New Year's stay. I enjoyed the New Year's Eve party hosted in the hotel restaurant, and I used the pool and spa zone (sauna, hamam, etc.) every day. The breakfast buffet is the best one I've seen in all of Ukraine, and I definitely overate each morning because everything was so delicious. The location is ideal, right in the center of the city and close to everything; I even walked from the train station, which takes some time but is a comfortable and direct route. I plan to stay here next (and every) time I'm in Vinnytsia.

Spotless space. Everything was perfect - despite a heavy booking, the staff were able to find a space for car parking. During breakfast, food trays were added with dishes to fulfill the guests' needs.

They have nice facilities for handicapped guest. It was very adequate. A little bit difficult to get around in a wheelchair or rollator, but personal was always available to help me out. Room was kept very nice, for I stayed here for 1,5 weeks Very nice breakfast
