“Great and clean apartment and area”

Very clean apartment, and great hostes. There is many beaches around and only 20min on bike to Pula (5min in car). Poolarea was just perfect with many sunbeds, places to sit and eat your diner.

We had a wonderful stay here — you can really feel that everything has been arranged with love and attention to detail. The apartment is beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless, which is very important to me. The pool was one of the highlights. It felt like it had a bit of sea water — the water is crystal clear, cleaned almost daily, but without the strong smell of chlorine. My eyes didn’t sting at all, and my skin and hair felt great afterwards. For blondes: no green hair here! You can really feel the water is gentle and well balanced. The pool also has a light jacuzzi effect, which was so relaxing. The owner Ksenja is absolutely lovely — always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring about her guests. The atmosphere is warm and family-like, and we felt very welcome. I really appreciated the small details: for example, in the kitchen you’ll find a brand new sponge and dishcloth, still in sealed packaging — such a thoughtful and hygienic touch. The kitchen itself is very well equipped: dishwasher, good quality pans, plates, everything you need to cook comfortably. The outdoor area is fantastic: there are two comfortable hanging chairs (one is a hanging egg chair, and another is a gentle swinging bench — perfect for relaxing), plenty of loungers, and a great grill area. There are also two large picnic tables, ideal for grilling and outdoor dining. I also noticed how well the common areas are maintained: if any guests leave behind bottles or trash at the picnic area, the owner personally makes sure everything is cleaned up quickly so the space always stays pleasant for everyone. The whole infrastructure is so good that you can easily spend the whole day here — between the pool, the lounge areas, and the grill — and really enjoy yourself without even leaving the property. Very clean and spacious apartment located at the entry to Vinkuran just few minutes away from Soline Bay which has few small beaches and calm water. Vinkuran is just a short drive away from Pula, 25 minutes from Fazana (Brioni) and less than an hour from magnificent Rovinj.

This stay was really amazing, the apartment is spacious and everything is very clean. You have a big private terrace. Also pool is really nice and convenient. Host is extremely nice and helpful. We had everything we needed. We were also very satisfied with equipment - kitchen with everything you need, etc. Definitely recommend this place!

Property is well decorated with modern facilities. Big balcony has an amazing view. Terrace is well decorated. Pool is clean and quite big. Property is located near beach and convenience store. Hosts were really friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the total experience! The best value for money one could imagine with such amazing hostesses! We - parents with kids of 9 and 7 years old- stayed at the 50m2 ground floor apartment which has recently been renovated in July 2022. Everything was new, stylish, very clean and of very good quality. The kids slept on the sofa bed which was the best we've ever had (size and comfort). The kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher. The pool was amazing and of big size; very relaxed with no closing time:-). There are sun loungers and cozy sitting areas in the spacious garden. Private parking is always possible on the premises. From this location it was very easy to go to all the countless beaches and restaurants in the area. Centrally located for trips to Kemanjak National park or Pula's historical city center. The new Max City mall was only a 10 min drive away. We've traveled a lot and we have not met a more welcoming and friendly hostess like this before. All of our needs were taking care of and she spoke to us in great detail on the house facilities, the best beaches and good restaurants in the area. Reacting promptly to our messages and going out of her way to check on us and see if everything is up to our liking. The property is a family-run business and the hostess' mother keeps the whole location very tidy and sees to all of your eventual needs or questions in the absence of the hostess. Both were very kind and warm and we've unexpectedly received some complementary homemade sweet delicacies and local Istrian wine to enjoy during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Croatia!
