Great location, great welcome, very relaxing.

The location is great. Pula, Medulin, Pemantura, Brijuni ... all places are very near for exploring. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and available for every request.

Room was very clean, property around is very clean and nice, a lot of parking space, mini market across the street where you can get anything you want. Beach a 15 min walk away but very nice. Overall a great stay, will definitely recommend and come back :)

“not impressed, no personal touch, just bare minimum”

bathroom smell, we got just 1 toilet paper roll, no bigger knife, towels had some unpleasant smell, tv working but we couldn’t find programs-and there were no instructions, no paper towel in kitchen and house is located near house construction

The apartment was really comfy and nicely decorated with all necessities (and more!) included (cutlery, bottle opener, wine glasses). The garden was amazing, with a nice pool (big enough for swimming). The owners and staff were kind and friendly.

I liked the most the owner Ksenija🩵 and the pool💙 But there are other things that I noticed: always a little breeze so it’s not too hot and you can grill, park the car or only chill.

Clean and comfortable nice deck to sit out and enjoy the sun. always great time having cooking facilities and a store across the road.

“Beautiful and peaceful with heavenly smell through the garden”

The room and the pool are stunning when you arrive. We came in spring and the flowers in the garden had such a gorgeous smell as you came in. I did not have much luck with emailing but called the host and he replied instantly. We picked up the key from his mum and had easy access to parking. I would definitely recommend it.

I want to thank the host for the warm welcome — you were very kind and made me feel at home right away. The room isn’t very big, but it’s cozy and perfectly fine for a few days’ stay. I really appreciate the hospitality!

“Spotless apartment with a great host”

Host was at the apartment and handed over the keys. She was so lovely and although we don’t speak Croatian it was easy to understand what she was describing when showing us round. The apartment and pool were spotless and we could use the pool after we checked out.

“Amazing mini vacation”

The little studio was very nice, with everything we needed for a one-night stay. The pool area is amazing, especially during sunset. Our host was welcoming and warm, made us feel at home. As we were attending a concert at Cave Romane, the proximity to the venue (less than 10 minutes walk) was invaluable. Will definitely come back if we manage to book it again.

We liked this apartment a lot and asked the lady owner if we can stay for another night, it is close to all beaches and shops, restaurants around the area (with car of course), the apartment has private gated parking which is fantastic, the studio was very clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen had electric kettle, refrigerator, and small useful appliances, bathroom was clean, rooms smelled lovely and had very good aircon, the lady owner is amazing and friendly, studio is highly recommended 😊

“A great stay for going to a concert to Cave Romanae”

The apartment was great for our short stay, a perfect location for going to a concert to Cave Romanae. It is also close enough to Premantura nice beaches.
