“Modern, clean, and spacious.”

I like the location (dead end), it is beautiful and quiet. Seaview is also beautiful. Apartment was clean, very spacious and comfortable.

“Fantastic apartment in a great location”

We had previously stayed in Volme, and we were glad we decided to go for an apartment closer to Pula in a bigger Neighbourhood. Ivo's apartment is perfectly located in Vinkuran, 8min walk away from a small, well-equipped supermarket, and less than 10min a way from a small beach adjacent to a small harbour. Although Vinkuran does not have any restaurants, Banjole is a 15-20min walk away and has plenty of eateries in case one does not fancy driving anywhere. Pula and beaches around Pula can be reached by car within 15-20min. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It is extremely spacious (more than the pictures might convey), and the roofed terrace has a lovely view towards the sea and the little forest between Vinkuran and Banjole and was heavily utilised for breakfast / coffee time in the mornings. The bed was huge and very comfortable (mattress on the harder side, which was perfect for us), and the open plan living / kitchen was cosy and welcoming. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to cook your own meals (which we did a few times), and the bathroom was very modern and had a big walk-in shower. This apartment, unlike the one we had the year before, felt truly like a home away from home and we were quite sad to say goodbye to it in the end. We had a last minute change of plans wanting to stay a bit longer than initially planned, and Ivo was very flexible and able to accommodate our wish. Thank you again Ivo & we will be back!

Very cozy apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect orientation - sun does not wake you up in the morning and terrace is nice and cool in mid to late afternoon.
