The owners were very polite and helpful, the apartment was spacious and had everything you'd need, and the area itself was beautiful.

“Perfect”

We spent four weeks on a road trip with our son, and this accommodation was the perfect finale. We spent four nights in the apartment, which had just been lovingly renovated. From the bedroom, you can watch both the sunrise AND the sunset. The views of Tuscany, the village of Vinci and Leonardo da Vinci’s birthplace are breathtaking. The garden is huge and we loved walking through the olive grove. The pool was still too cold in March, but is due to be replaced by a heated one. The peace and quiet were fantastic. We cycled along the picturesque road to Vinci. On the way back uphill, however, you’ll need strong legs or an electric motor. The hosts were very, very friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. Their son spoke excellent English and even prepared a special surprise for us. The ideal accommodation for the three of us!

I really enjoyed the view!

Everything is exactly as shown on the photos. The location of the house is on top of a hill surrounded by olive trees. The view on towns and villages is spectacular. When we arrived to the app, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine from the region. The owner is very friendly, helpful and always available.

It is fantastic! We loved it very much, such a lovely spot with a beautiful view. Very quite. Would highly recommend it and definitely would go back there.

The view was unbelievable! The suite very spacious , thoughtfully decorated, and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the area quiet and set on the top of an olive grove. Stunning sunsets! Enjoyed the delicious bottle of welcome wine from our great deck.

“Amazing accommodation and incredible views.”

The view from this place is absolutely incredible both day and night. We stayed for 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer. We stayed in the “holiday house” which is a brand new apartment with the incredible view from the terrace. The apartment has everything you could need with aircon upstairs and downstairs. The hosts live on site (as do the grandparents) and were very helpful, but did not intrude and I think there is one other apartment and another family living within the grounds. The grounds are large so plenty of space to be on your own. There are plenty of seats and sun loungers and a pool that overlooks the view (when we asked what times we could use it they said “always, whenever, night time/daytime”). We had the pool and the garden to ourselves for a whole day. The road up is narrow (up past da Vinci’s house) but don’t let that put you off because everything about this place is perfect.

Beautiful location in the hills above Vinci. Wonderful apartment with great facilities. Great Wi-Fi. Very beautiful property/great little pool. Fantastic kind/lovely family who could not be more helpful and friendly. We would love to return one day. Thank you so much.

Although we arrived late around 10PM, the hosts were waiting for us and welcomed us warmly. They were very helpful in guiding us about the house and gorcery store. The location is just superb if you like to enjoy the nature in peace. It is 20 min drive from nearby train station (empoli), which has good connectivity to florence, pisa/luca. The house has almost all the things needed for a pleseant stay. Nearby town Vinci is a must visit and has great food options.

A wonderful place, in the middle of an olive grove. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious and functional. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare an Italian dinner. The equipment is of high quality, the owner has taken care of the details. The friendly welcome, the conversation, the help make this place charming. A bottle of good wine to start the day is an extremely nice gift. A walk among the olive trees is wonderful. I highly recommend this place, both for couples and families. I know I will come back here...

“A Tuscan gem”

I'm absolutely sure you'd love this accommodation! It' on a hill that gives a stunning view on the valley, between olive trees and cypresses, it calms down your soul and makes you feel blissful. So don't do like us. We chose the place so as to be at a convenient distance from the surrounding marvellous cities of Tuscany and be able to travel every day to different locations. But the spot deserves attention and time on its own - which we couldn't spare, to our great regret. I hope to be able to return there one day. I could spend days walking or the paths among the olive plantations. And the house is so authentic, so... Tuscany. Edit: I forgot to share that we were greeted with a bottle of super tasty local red wine!

“Greate views and calm place.”

Gorgeous views on Lucca and Pisa. Near is Vinci and natal house of Leonardo da Vinci (about 2km). The guest house is on a calm place, it is located outside of urban areas. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with furtniture and dishes. Washing machine and dryer are available. Pleasant host left us some gifts (e.g. great Toscana wine). Wi-Fi was working well.
