Lorenzo was very communicative, humble and welcoming. It's a 5 minute walk, if that, into town, a quiet neighbourhood. And a great spot. The bed and facilities were exceptional!

“The worst experience with a host in my life.”

I deliberately gave all the lowest ratings because the experience was severely affected right from the very beginning. It shook us deeply and completely changed the travel experience we had in Tuscany. So: I sent the owner a message one hour before arrival to let him know we were coming. He didn’t respond. When we arrived exactly at the scheduled time, he wasn’t there. He didn’t answer the doorbell or the phone. I contacted Booking, spoke for 8 minutes on an international call (which will incur additional charges), and started looking for alternative accommodation in agreement with Booking. After an hour and a half of searching, the owner finally contacted me, saying that Booking had told him we hadn’t shown up. ????? I would not recommend this experience to anyone. Personally, I wish this owner would no longer rent out this accommodation to anyone.

Room was quite cold.

Clean comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Safe street parking. Very helpful owner. Location close to historical centre of Vinci. Satisfying breakfast.

The host Lorenzo was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The room and bathroom were spacious, especially the shower. Breakfast was delicious. Center of Vinci is 10 min away by foot.

The place was wonderful, the owner really committed with my comfort and describe everything thing, precise breakfast with fruit, croissant and cereal with beautiful view in the terrace.

The comfort level of the host, he makes you feel at home. I love fragrance of the freshly baked bread every morning which Lorenzo makes everyday.
