The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spotless. The bathroom was large, clean with a big shower. The kitchen area was also convenient.

Fantastic location, wonderful host, close to EVERYTHING, cosy, comfortable space.

Irene was very helpful. Recommend a lovely morning walk to the big bench. Her dinner Recommendation was a highlight. Next door restaurant. A must. Husband and wife. Tuscany hole food cooking in a lovely setting.

Great location, very clean accommodation, modern bathroom and kitchen and very helpful host. Irene went out of her way to arrange pick up from Empoli train station for us and to drop one of us at the Leonardo’s house. She did this at a very short notice. The breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The location and the view from the kitchen balcony were stunning. The host was amazing, super friendly and welcoming. The room had been recently renovated, and the furniture was both elegant and stylish

The location is great! The room has a private bathroom, heating in the room works great (we were there during the winter). The kitchen and the balcony are common spaces to share with others. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, you can leave your food in the fridge, there is also a dishwasher and coffee machine. The view of Tuscany hills from the balcony is wonderful, you can hear the sound of a brook. The owner Irene was a wonderful host, she gave us all the necessary information and here energy is very positive, welcoming and warm. We received vouchers for breakfast in a local bar with pastries. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Vinci definitely stole our hearts and we both knew the moment we entered the Bellavelle Rooms, that this is the place we want to return to!

I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Vinci. The host was incredibly friendly and the place was clean and had a modern feeling to it. Imagine having a shower and looking out of the window that overlooks all the Tuscany fields filled with olive trees and wine vinyards.

Everything. Location was great. Free parking. Lovely shared kitchen with a balcony overlooking the countryside and coffee, tea and fruit. Lovely hostess who helped us book a local restaurant for 12 people.
