Location, location, location: it is a very close walk to dog-friendly Nelson Beach and a short drive to stunning Hyams Beach. It is an amazing and very quiet neighborhood.

Lovely house. Great location. Walk to the beach. Dog friendly. We had a great stay in this well appointed home with a well equiped kitchen and great back yard with a nice outdoor shower to clean off all the sand. It was so easy to walk our dogs straight down to Nelsons beach for early morning and evening off leash time. We have visited Vincentia many times and this has been the best place we have rented to date.

Great location! Just around the corner from a lovely beach, perfect for little kids, and a playground. Quick drive up the road to the supermarket. Clean, new kitchen with all the amenities meant it was easy to whip up plenty of food. I loved the comfy couch on the front porch to sit and watch the kids play cricket on the nice grassy lawn, and especially appreciated the backyard outdoor shower with hot water

Great location, great renovation (felt like we were the first ones there!), lots of activities available for free (garage had a few great surprises!), close to a dog friendly beach and night sky was fantastic

“What a wonderful weekend away!!”
Had the best time at this place over the long weekend! It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach and we used the bbq as well as the board games provided!! Everything you could need was all provided in the kitchen and bathrooms, we couldn’t have asked for more! There was even a pack of Jervis Bay pale ales in the fridge when we arrived! 10/10, perfect stay! 🏖️
