“Great stay in vina del mar.”
It was a nice property in a great location in the centre of vina del mar. Close to all the main areas and shopping within a 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and accommodating

First of all, the staff was really helpfull and nice. The house itself was beautiful and we enjoyed our room and stay from the first moment on. The building has a nice history which was told upon check-in through a short tour. Yes, the place was old but in a good way. Modernisation would just kill the ambience. WiFi was fast and worked in every floor and terrace. Coffee, tea, still and sparkling water was available free 24h. Place was was and felt safe. We would definitely stay again there.

“Worst shower in Chile and poor breakfast”
Location is quite good, and price was good as well. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is an old house from the granddaughter of the founder of the town and they proudly do a tour of the property

“Great location and lovely staff!”
Central location and the staff were lovely. In particular the woman at reception (from the North of Chile, I didn’t get her name) was so helpful and accommodating and genuinely enthusiastic about her work. We were offered a tour of the place and told a bit of the history of the area. Would stay here again!

“Will not be back.”
Bed was OK and shower pressure also, but other than that a pretty bad experience that was heavily overpriced. Staff made it seem like we were a nuisance upon check in, which is never a great start.
