“Lovely boutique hotel, great location, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff!”

A super boutique hotel, quiet but in a great area full of little cafes and restaurants. The staff were wonderful - very helpful in organising restaurants, guides and taxis and were helpful organising parking and directions to the hotel. Delicious breakfast!

Great location, walkable to the beach, main restaurants and public transportation. Everything was really clean and the customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. Great breakfast made to order. Such a lovely spot in the middle of Viña.

The hotel is located in a quiet courtyard with greenery, while still being very close to many restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast which included eggs, yogurt, bread, tea coffee with more.

Very nice boutique hotel in a very quiet area but still very close to the beach and restaurants and bars. We stayed for 5 nights and unfortunately were given a rather small room. The staff is lovely and speaks very good English. Breakfast was good. We had a small misunderstanding with the reception lady who helped us book a trip to Casablanca valley for wine tasting and we would have preferred a bit more transparency on the price. It was still really nice and we had a great time though we had to pay more than told in the end. The restaurant affiliated with the hotel was recommended by the staff and did not disappoint. It was delicious!

“Enjoyable stay”

Quiet locationwith great hosts, Nieves, Marcello and Constanza on the front desk. Constanza was very helpful for tips on getting around. We like family run stays and you could feel the difference on arrival when Nieves gave us a big hug as a greeting. They were as sad to see us go as we were to leave.

Truly marvelous experience, the hosts were amazing and the place was very unique, we loved the building and the design. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and calm location but very central at the same time, we will coma again!

“A hidden gem”

A small, friendly hotel with comfortable rooms and tucked away down a secure side street. It has lovely gardens wrapped around the buildings which felt like a tranquil oasis in the middle of the city. The hotel is surrounded by a good selection of restaurants and some small shops and is a five minute walk from the beach. Constanza on reception was brilliant- she can fix or find out whatever you want or need and speaks excellent English. She is a great asset to the hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated, closed to the beach and all the facilities to go to different places in Vina Del Mar. The room was very large, the bathroom at the top of the level and everything has been perfectly clean. People are kindle and very happy to facilitate your sejour. Last, the breafast is excellent.

“Like home away from home”

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome. Comfy beds and the breakfast is made with soooo much love. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more nights. But by far the best thing is the staff. Connie always greets you with a big smile and is super willing to help and give tips for the area. And Nieve is just the sweetest person, she has sooooo much passion for her hotel and her guest and really makes you feel like home. “Exceptionally welcoming owners and beautiful boutique hotel”

The owners are delightful and were so friendly and welcoming to us. The room and gardens were really beautiful. An excellent breakfast was served, with many options. We loved our stay!
