Staff was friendly and helpful on request. They have brought an private Iron for me from one of the staff. We asked for change of room to have to single beds last min ahead of trip and they facilitated us. Hotel was not too busy, nights were quiet. There is no air conditioning in summer which would be appreciated during hot summer night. Nice location by the river.

Hotel is close to the city center, nice terrace next to the river for drinks and dinner. Good breakfast and friendly staff

“Clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location for many trips to Sumava hotspots.”
Location was good, especially if you travel by car which we didn't. Breakfast was fine. It was standard but good and the staff were great and we enjoyed talking to them.
