“Awesome location for Aussie’s to visits to Villers-Bretonneux, fantastic Brekky.”

Location is perfect, 2.5km to Sir John Monash Centre the most outstanding visit while in Villers-Bretonneux area. Luckily the owners daughter helped us getting the language issue sorted quickly. Breakfast was awesome.

A friendly welcome by the hosts and great breakfast provided. Very comfy stay within short walk of town centre. Highly recommended.

From we moment we messaged the hosts until we left, they were super helpful. The older couple had little English but certainly got by. The younger couple outstanding, we were certainly looked after. Hosts picked us up (4 people with backpacks) from train station in 2 cars and returned us to the station at the end of our stay. Also taking & picking up us to & from the Sir John Monash centre as the weather was a little ordinary. Great breakfast spread.

Perfect location near the centre of town. We took our bikes with us and left the car in the shady backyard where there was ample parking. The breakfast was included in the room cost and was exceptional. The staff were warm and friendly and allowed us to leave all of our luggage in our room well before the official check-in time. This allowed us to explore the many sights in the surrounding area by bike.

The location of this place for those of us who wish to visit the Villers Brettoneux war museum, and the John Monash Centre. We thought we would walk there, but it was raining. The hosts: Jean Louis and Anu drove us there and picked us up again to come home! These people are the kindest hosts we have ever encountered! They made us tea and coffee when we arrived, allowed us to check in really early, as we had walked from the station, and they provided everything we could want. The breakfast next morning was an array of local produce, pastries, fresh coffee and tea and fresh eggs from their chooks! We would rate this place 6 stars if we could! Jean Louis even drove us to the station with our luggage when we left!

The friendly welcome of the owner, the setting, the cleanliness. The continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.

We received a very friendly reception by Jean-Louis, Audrey and Autan. They were very attentive and hospitable during our stay. Audrey very kindly gave us a lift to a nearby town to attend a festival and then later collected us (we were on bicycles). A quiet location and very generous breakfast was provided.

The owner was so kind and helpful - dropping us off at the Australian Cemetery and the train station. The breakfast was wonderful and he also kept giving us cold drinks.

Cleaner and later the owner made sure we were comfortable , storing cases and then greeting us with a wine, cake and strawberries before driving us to reserved dinner and War memorial after breakfast.

Jean Louis greeted us with a huge smile and a huge generosity (and two cold beers!) The farm in the middle of a warm beautiful town where Aussies are welcomed and honoured, was a treat. Breakfast is the best you could want!

Audrey was an absolute star. Nothing was too much to ask. Audrey made bookings for our dinner and was always helpful with information about the area. A beautiful quiet, clean room. BreKfast was amazing with croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, eggs, baguette and the list goes on. We were made to feel at home. A beautiful friendly family. “Absolutely perfect”

Audrey is an amazing host! We loved the garden view from the meals/breakfast room. We had the place to ourselves so we were able to make full use of the kitchen and dining facilities. Bed and room super comfortable. Fantastic breakfast spread prepared by our hosts but I have come to learn that food in France is superb! esp the baguette and croissants!!! Super close to all that you could want to see with regards to WW1 history... we really hope we can return.
