“Location and staff were amazing”
Very convenient right at the stadium so after a concert it was perfect. We left very early the following morning - the staff at the reception pre-booked a taxi who was waiting for us, the receptionist saw we had breakfast in the rate but we needed to leave at 6 am, so we offered us coffee, and viennoiseries for the road - really made the difference. We will definitely come back.

“Disappointing with the billing issue”
I have been overcharged , random amounts in sterling charged to my card so i’ve currently paid 680 euros instead if 372 per booking .com reservation . just waiting to see if money comes back on to my credit card but I fear its going to be months of emails

Great location, friendly staff. I stayed to watch a football match so it was short stay but very satisfied and excellent value for money.

“Awful”
Booked for three people, but only one bed - asked for an additional bed they said they can not cater to us. We checked in at 11pm so it was not possible to change hotel by the team we reached. Water pressure was awful in the shower.
