“Dirty”
It was dirty when we checked in and it’s a bit far from Paris center, the apartment is at the 3rd floor and it doesn’t have an elevator

Apartment is NOT SUITABLE for families Couch is for scrap! It's not for sleep anymore!!! Location is bad, too much time lost on travel to and from the city centre

“Excellent”
It has all the comforts. It is located in a quiet and peaceful place, 40 minutes from Disneyland and 40 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Great place for a family. We are very pleased and will definitely visit it again.
