Very friendly host. Gave me the keys instantly. Room was clean. Basic utilities. Quiet street. Big bathroom. And a great view of the mountains.

“Nice place, needs car”

It's an old house with a lovely owner who rents out rooms in it, she's really friendly and cute which I believe is the main reason why the property has been getting high reviews (including mine),I mean who can resist that?! There is a garden and lots of open areas and a terrace to sit and enjoy the view from the top of the mountain which where the property is. The property is lying on the mountain over viewing Nice, so it's in a kind of remote area, not in the city, there is a nice observatory and a small park nearby Suitable if you want some isolation and you have a car, it's a nice area.

“Friendly owner, worth the visit for a short stay!”

The lady and her dog were very friendly. The room & bathroom are fine, for 1 or 2 nights. The apartment was clean. The fridge was a good size and worked well. It is close to Nice & Villefranche-Sur-Mer. I would suggest that you have your own transport, due to distances.

Excellent value one bed apartment with fridge and microwave. Easy access by bus from Riquier. Great sunrise and sunset views. Friendly and amenable hostess.

Great budget friendly place near Villefranche and Nice centre. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location is in the hills between Villefranche and city of Nice. Ideal if you have a car, but there is a local bus going both ways. If you like walking you can easily come to the beautiful Villefranche and back or take a bus/taxi. Lady, the owner is very kind and helpful.

There is very kind and cute miss, who show everything in the room understandable, even you dont speak French, addictionally my flight was late, that why i was there little after 21:00 and she had no problem to invite me to the room. In the room was also many tourist magasines, which could help me to plan my trips. And the major advantage is the view which i could see around the house! I am very satisfyied about that stay in Nice

“Basic but good”

Very basic but has everything you need. It was ideal for a short stay. The location was great in terms of getting to the observatory. It was a little far out of Nice, about a 10 minute drive from the city outskirts. Quite shaded as lots of trees in the garden and behind a hill.

The room and especially bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The owner was lovely despite me not knowing French and her not knowing English.

Bijou apartment, very clean, quite unique and perfect for my short stay. Lots of hot water, great shower, bed comfy. Just was very helpful and communicated well. Parking was on site.

Is a quiet place

The property is 15 mns on the 84 bus route from Nice Riquier Rail Station, bus every half an hour during the day and early evening. Up a mountain behind Nice, really scenic, beautiful views over the valley.

“Magical view”

Tiny room but a beautiful view from the garden. The host was a wonderful little old lady and her dog Lilah. 🐕 Took me for an amazing walk with a view I will never forget. Just magical. Bus stops right outside the property. I little room and a little off the beaten track but perfect if you like that sort of thing. Close enough to Eze by bus.

Lovely place, beautiful garden and view! Nothing fancy, but very authentic from an authenthic lifestyle. Thank you for the lovely lady that followed me in the middle of the road with her umbrella in a rainy day to wait my uber ;) dog very cute !

The property is a little out from Nice, walkable but you would need to be fit. Bus does go past and it has some decent views. Host is pleasant and the property although dated is clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the little cost that is charged for your stay.
