The apartment was beautifully appointed and the kitchen was well set up with a good range of basic food supplies. My flights were delayed so missed my check in time 3-8 pm, but she met me at the apartment just after midnight. Exceptional. The view over the sea is gorgeous.

“Perfect escape”

I highly recommend this apartment; it's very clean, and the view of the bay is wonderful. Marthe is very kind and helpful; she even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. We loved taking a dip in the pool in the evenings; the surroundings and the flowers are beautiful. The bus stop is located right in front of the house, and public transportation, whether by bus or train, is convenient. If we visit the Côte d’Azur again, we will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional view. Close to bus stops and rail and beach and boulangerie. Very helpful host. Large balcony overlooking Villfranche sur mer Rade. Very comfy beds both in the main bedroom and the large fold out sofa.

This was our second visit to this property and we are booked in again for next June. Fantastic views, lovely apartment. Central to two buses that take you from Monaco to Nice (607) and number 15 which goes to Cap Ferrat. Both serve the local towns such as Beaulieu and Eze. Also short walk down to the train station (10 minutes to either Monaco or Nice).

The view was nothing short of spectacular, even better than expected. The apartment was sparkling clean and in a pristine condition and the host was so accomodating and helpful. Everything you need was in the apartment, from beach towels to olive oil and spices to the complimentary bottles of water and rosé that awaited us in the fridge. Unforgettable!

The property was exceptionally clean and had everything you could need. The views were breathtaking and we spent many hours admiring it. Although a little uphill trek to the property from the train station you would not get those stunning views lower down. The property is very close to two bus lines going to Monaco or Nice, or a short trek down the steps to the train station for places further afield. The property has access to the communal swimming pool which is very clean and hardly visited.

the location although uphill from port was worth the little climb for the fantastic view and easy access to the no. 100 bus route which gives amazing access to the whole coast !
