It was very comfortable, quiet and the hosts could not have been more helpful. It was also very convenient off the A26. You need to give 24 hours advance notice if you would like dinner (which I highly recommend) and the breakfast was also delicious.

Very convenient location not far from the motorway, but completely quiet and tranquil. We slept listening to owls hooting in the silence. Very clean, comfortable, every service works well. The building is light and airy, spacious, and still has old wood beams despite the renovation. Family run and the hosts are very friendly and helpful, excellent messages about our visit. Excellent dinner and breakfast next morning - the local and homemade products are recommended to be chosen! There is a very good inexpensive local champagne available too. The village is worth a walk around; several old farm buildings to see. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

A wonderful luxurious hotel with a really warm welcome from the owners. A great evening dining experience and home prepared food and quality wine pairing. The location is entirely rural but not even 5 mins drive from the A26 motorway. The ultimate stopover on the way to and from the Alps or further afield. I nearly forgot to mention, the Breakfast is without doubt the best we have ever had anywhere in France. Anne-Lise and Philippe offer a really superb product and we can not fault any aspect of Villa de la Croix!

5 minute easy drive from Junction 23 of A26 so a fabulous mid way point between the French Alps and Calais. Friendly hosts. Beautiful clean accommodation. Fabulous home cooked 4 course meal for €39. I am a real foody and the meal was delicious. Pre-prepared food, snacks and good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic food available 24hrs a day with microwave provided. Bottle of Petit Chablis €28. First class breakfast with good selection, including bacon and scrambled eggs, fruit salad, granola, local produce, crepes, bread and mini croissants. Great facilities, pool table, outdoor pool, great secure parking, nice lounge area to relax in. Fabulous value for money.

This was a very fortunate find when I was looking for a nights stay. We had a warm welcome and were shown around the beautiful property. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were treated to a lovely evening meal and in the morning a most superb breakfast. Outstanding.

The property is very easy to access from the motorway. The owners are extremely attentive and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The restaurant was not available (you need to book 24 hours in advance) but there are wonderful pre made pots of food on offer at any time, that the owners prepared for us and we ate like kings in the restaurant, with cheese, dessert and a choice of wine also on offer. Impeccable service.
