We had a fantastic stay at Casa Lutz in February and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The house itself is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The facilities are excellent and it really feels like a home away from home. Andrea was an outstanding host and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. After we returned home, we realised we had accidentally left an item in the apartment. Andrea kindly located it and arranged for it to be sent back to us in the UK, which we were extremely grateful for. The village itself is lovely and very peaceful, with a welcoming atmosphere. There’s a charming restaurant/bar café where we enjoyed a few relaxing evenings, as well as a small convenience shop which is very handy for essentials. We were visiting for a ski trip and found the location perfect, with an easy 30-minute drive to Sestriere, making it very convenient for accessing the ski area while still staying somewhere quiet and authentic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we are already looking forward to booking again and returning next year. Thank you again to Andrea for such a warm welcome and for making our trip so memorable.

“Great place to stay”
Clear instructions, self check-in, parking, spacious and clean, well equipped. Warm enough at winter. With laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). Nice authentic house with wonderful views

“A Home Away from Home with Exceptional Hospitality”
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The place was absolutely spotless — everything was immaculately clean and well cared for. The furniture was comfortable and stylish, and the beds were especially good — we slept very well. The cozy interior made it feel like a home away from home. A special mention goes to the amazing host, who went above and beyond. Andrea explained everything clearly via messages, was very communicative, and always easy to reach. He also gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area, which really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend this place — we’d love to come back!

“Gorgeous house with amazing views”
The house was exceptional. It was spotlessly clean,the view from every window was phenomenal and the view down the valley changed on a daily basis. We stayed as a group of 5 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone. Andrea was a brilliant host, extremely responsive and provided lots of tips about the local area. He also provided a welcome basket which was so incredibly thoughtful. I really couldn't recommend the house enough. Everything was fantastic and hopefully we will return soon

“Quiet retreat in Italian alps”
Incredible apartment, exquisite decoration, perfect distribution, cozy, felt like real home. The host was really friendly, left everything perfect for our stay, including some gifts and nice details for our dogs. The location is amazing with beautiful views to the mountains. Cozy village with some nice streets nicely decorated with rural scenes. Nice hikes around, and beautiful places to visit in the surroundings, close to Pinerolo if some supplies needed.

“Beautiful house with amazing views”
The property is at the very beautiful and quiet village in the mountains with fabulous views. The house is very spacious.There is large terrace with outside furniture , where we could relax after a nice hike. The place is perfect for two families with kids. The owner of the property provided all information in advance. It was very easy and quick communication. He replied to all messages quickly and was very helpful. When we arrived we found two boxes of chocolates to welcome us, which was really nice and shows attention to detail.
