Lovely place to stay with a pleasant outdoor space. It was too cold to use the pool, but we enjoyed sitting outside. Handy for day trips to Seville and the surrounding area. Very comfortable beds.

“Pleasure Stay due to the warm hospitality of the Host”

The Host was very helpful and allow for us to check in to the house even when we reach the house in the morning. Water heater wasn't working and the host tried his Best to repair and finally the heater works after much effort from the Host.

Villa was really great. Safely behind a gate, clean, big swimming pool with pool-biljard, football-table, table tennis table. good beds, BBQ, complete kitchen with big fridge and oven. Owner and his wife were very very nice and gave us some tips about restaurants, and a welcome bottle of wine.

A presentable and modern villa with exceptional private pool, terrace and gardens. The pool is very large, well maintained and always warmed by the Seville sun. The table tennis, table football and pool table were real bonuses!!! The bedrooms are comfortable and two of them benefit from en-suite facilities. Everything is clean! The living area is well designed with lovely artefacts adorning the comfortable living room - although we’re sure most visitors will spend the vast majority of time in the opulent outdoors. The villa is private and secure, well hidden down a private road with secure gate. Kitchen facilities are outstanding with everything you can want provided. We were really grateful for the food and drink Fernando provided on arrival. The local village the villa can be found in is friendly and well-resourced. A number of restaurants, local banks, taverns and shops are all within a 10 minute walk. The supermarket, 5 minutes walk away, provides all you need.

We loved absolutely everything about it! The pool was amazing, lovely garden and everything we needed in the house. The villa is in a lovely little city where there are some nice and tasty restaurants and there are good shopping posibilities. The connection to Sevilla is great too. The owner of the house is very helpfull and kind.

10/10 stay, host was very hospitable and friendly. Villa was impeccably clean, and all rooms were of great size, including the bathrooms. Private driveway was also appreciated. The outdoor area, in addition to the large swimming pool, made for a fantastic holiday. Location was quite far from Seville, but this was already made quite clear, and the distance can be easily made up by a short drive to the direct train. Overall, would absolutely love to stay here again, and looking forward to returning.

“Beautiful villa”

Fantastic villa with an large pool . We were so lucky with the weather. The garden is private and beautiful. We had a very relaxing time. The villa is well equipped with everything you need, The table tennis, football table and pool table is a big bonus which makes the villa so so special. Fernando, the owner very pleasant and helpful. Seville is 30 min drive away. Beautiful city. We would love to come back again. All in all a very special villa.

“For a perfect hide away near Sevilla!”

Although weather was relatively cold and windy (feb) still had the summervibe due to atmosphere with the pool&garden (just like the pictures :-). Very special even we did not use pool due to weather. Our son and by proxy us ;-) had a really good time with the pool, pingpong, and football table. All genuine 'pro' items like you would see in bars f.e. A big plus is that you can park next your front door! It is a small gated community (4 or 5 houses) with an easy to handle electric door. Thanks to comment of other visitor it was easy to reach downtown Sevilla at Parking Nueva with the rental car (@30 min).

Everything was great about this villa with best pool ever! The bathrooms are new, fresh and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is very complete. Fernando is the best host you can wish for.

“Great villa with the pool being definitely its selling point”

This is a fantastic villa with an unusually large pool (yes it is really that big!). The villa is in a gated complex where the owner family also lives, but the villa is 100% private and the pool is also for exclusive use. The villa is air conditioned and very well equipped with everything you need, as well as table tennis, football table and pool table. The owner (Fernando) is super friendly and helpful. Seville is 30 min drive away - we used parking at Plaza Nueva (C. Albareda) and it had places every time - it is a relatively easy drive with not much narrow street driving but if you feel uncomfortable driving into Seville you can park at S. Juan Bajo station and use metro from there. The restaurant Fernando recommended in Seville (Postiguillo) is definitely worth visiting. Overall we had great time there and cannot recommend it highly enough. Looking to come back one day!

“Perfect villa for a relaxing stay!”

Really comfortable and well equipped villa, with a stunning outdoor. the pool is huge and it also had a pong pong table, pool table and foosball table… could not have asked for more for our 10 year old twins. the town is small but has a great selection of restaurant making it an ideal stop to relax in the Andalusian region. The owner is really nice and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

“Excellent property, less than 30 mins by car into Seville yet it's in a very quiet & safe spot”

The villa is really very nice, the pictures of the inside don't do it justice. The outdoor area is also fabulous. The air conditioning units in the kitchen and living room work to cool down the entire place, but that is not needed if you keep the windows open and allow the breeze through. There are mosquito nets on the windows and bars so it's totally safe to do this. Fernando is the best host I have ever come across and I have been renting holiday homes all over the world for over 20 years. He simply could not do enough for us, even offering to accompany us to hospital when our daughter was sick (thankfully that wasn't required!). I have already recommended this place to family and friends and would return myself.
