Our small rural hotel is situated right in the heart of Andalucia, between the provinces of Málaga, Granada and Córdoba. It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in a rural setting and due to its geographical setting, allows you to visit Granada (40 min), Málaga ( 30 min), Antequera ( 20 min)

“Lovely Old World Hotel ... At least 2 star grades above its actual rating.”
Perfect location and we loved the traditional style of the hotel fittings. Excellent decor throughout. Bar and restaurant facilities were great. Very friendly and efficient owners and staff. Involved in an Orienteering event in the nearby large village of Villanueva de Tapia. Lovely rural scenery and not too far from Archidona, Loja and Granada (an amazing place in its own right / only half an hour away by car). Swimming pool looks good for the hot Summer days. A perfect place to stay. A good base to enjoy this part of Andalucia.

“Stay here, you will be very relaxed and well catered for.”
The hotel was very well managed and had excellent facilities that were well presented and very clean. The location was ideal, and the restaurant and food was also extremely varied. Had a great entrecot.

We booked our stay at the hotel through Booking.com, and overall, it had some highlights but also some disappointments. The girl at the front desk during check-in was really nice—she was very helpful and friendly, which was a big plus for our experience. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t great. The desserts were really nice, and the entrée was okay, but the main dish was disappointing. My husband ordered lamb chops, and they were overcooked—probably reheated—and as hard as leather. He mentioned it to the lady serving us, but she didn’t react at all, which wasn’t very nice. On the positive side, the room was nice and very clean, with everything we needed, including a nice shower and a comfortable bed.

“A super find..hope to return”
Fantastic rural location with pool terrace and restaurant An hour from Granada and 40 mins from Malaga ( airport) Small and very warm welcome, owners great, friendly, food fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for more! Loved the resident dog and 2 cats

“A lovely rural hotel”
The rural setting, despite being by a main road, was lovely and peaceful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The terrace for evening drinks was lovely and the restaurant had good choices for vegetarians and the service was excellent.

“A quiet and relaxing hotel well suited to go to different places.”
We did not have breakfast. but we ate in the restaurant on the two nights. This is a small hotel set out in the country but the restaurant has a very good menu and the food is of a very high quality and is cooked to perfection and well presented.
