“Fantastic villa, in beautiful surroundings”

Everything! What a fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings. It had everything we could want and more. The accommodation was luxurious, large upstairs bedroom with en suite bathroom (with twin sinks), comfortable beds, fluffy towels, extra bedding if needed. Plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves nice meals, and a big dining room table to seat six comfortably. The grounds were lush and the planting was pretty. We loved the outdoor seating on the veranda and spent so much time there! The owner was so attentive to our needs and provided lots of information about the area we stayed in. Highly recommended.

Lovely Villa, very homely, host was easy to get hold off and texted middle of week to check everything was ok with our stay. Very near the main plaza with restaurants, and the host also came up with a few ideas for us to try.

Villa Descanso is a fantastic, traditional styled Villa set in its own beautiful grounds. Just a short walk upto the ever popular Villamartin Plaza it is ideally situated for both the Plaza and the Villamartin Golf course which the villa backs on to and is just a short journey from the many beaches the area has to offer. The villa itself is very spacious, clean and felt very homely and we found ourselves relaxing around the villa as much as going to the beach. Our host, Guillermo, was very accommodating and ready to offer lots of suggestions for things to do. We had a very relaxing time and would happily return when we visit the area again

“Lovely traditional villa backing onto Villamartin Golf and near plaza”

Traditional villa with a back garden gate straight into Villamartín Golf Course and close to plaza. Host was very helpful with activity and restaurant suggestions.

“Perfect!”

The villa is located in a perfect position close to local restaurants, the plaza, bars and within walking distance of a supermarket. The front of the property was private overlooking a beautiful garden, perfect for morning coffee. The rear overlooked the golf course, however very private, lovely early evening to catch the late sun. There were. only two of us staying in the property however it would easily accommodate 6 persons. We didn’t cook during our stay, however it was well equipped should you wish too. The villa is very traditional as depicted in the photo’s, communication with Guillermo was excellent from booking to departure. He provided lots of tips regarding the local area, cycle hire, good walks etc. He kindly allowed us to check out late which was greyly appreciated. We will definitely return next time we visit Villamartin.

Location was perfect for access to Villa Martin area, the square and the golf course within minutes walk. Gate at the rear of the house leads onto the course. The house has everything we needed, lovely covered terrace and front garden area.

Location is perfect backs on to the 10th Fairway on Villamartin golf club. Also a gate to cut through to the clubhouse Perfect for a group of golfers. The owner was very engaging and we did a video walk through of the villa which was very useful. Hand over keys at start and end of rental was again a very smooth process
