This albergue was very disappointing. We were told there would be a pilgrim dinner at 7pm so we sat down hungry after a long walk and by 8.30pm still hadn’t been given menus or served. Finally we ate by 9pm. The people running the albergue seemed to have other priorities and didn’t give any explanation or apologies for the delay. And then charged us extra for more olive oil which seems a bit cheeky after the delay.

Good Camino rest over spot. Food was ex Ellen and food value. Dorm simple but definitely fit for purpose. Nice outdoor area.

The boss is a very nice person. Although he is not good at speaking, he cares about the guests very much. Before closing the restaurant in the evening, he would ask if anyone needs food or drinks. The next morning, I set out on the Camino de Santiago and forgot to bring my hat. I contacted the owner via WhatsApp and he kindly delivered the hat to my next accommodation. I was very touched and I highly recommend it to pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago.

“A perfect place to stay after a hard days walking.”
The Albergue is located at the end of the town and features a bar and restaurant. We stayed in late October and had the whole dorm to ourselves! Ideally located - church and other restaurants/bars are nearby and the meet and greet was warm and friendly.
