Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV are included in each modern Costera del Mar apartment. It is situated 100 metres from Playa Centro Beach, in Villajoyosa's charming Old Town. The air-conditioned apartments have simple, elegant décor and wooden floors. They all have a private balcony and a lounge with a sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The host was so nice and understanding! A couple hours after checkout I realized I had left some very personal items behind and the host was kind enough to let me back in and let the cleaners know not to throw them out. Such a nice experience!!

We really loved these apartments! Everything was very comfortable and there was everything needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean and had air conditioning, which was a big plus. The sea is only a 2–3 minute walk away. I highly recommend this place both for families and for couples. A wonderful place to stay!

“Great location, prices and host!”
It had a self checking system which was very easy to use. The location is very good, barely 1 minute away walking from the beach with all sort sort of services like supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

“unfortunately not hygienic while location and space excellent”
location and space excellent- and at first sight the place looked neat and clean, however, the kitchen and refrigeration area were inundated with small cockroaches- so because of that we were never comfortable. They really need an expert pest control

“Perfect!”
Everything was perfect. I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was just as good as I remembered. The staff are lovely, the communication is great, the apartment is amazing with everything you could need and it's very close to the beach. If I come to Villajoyosa again, I'll always book this one
