Perfect stay! The landlord welcomed us personally, gave us instructions and suggestions for the local facilities (beach, restaurants etc.), very friendly guy. Top location, at the beach promenade, in the old town with the colored houses, 10 min.by walking from the tram/train station. Recommended for sure.

“Perfect stopover”

Such a privilege to wake up, open the shutters, and see the sea. Mateo was super helpful, check in was quick and easy and the apartment had everything we needed to sleep comfortably and well. We only stayed one night. We had dinner at T-class which was excellent - food, drink, service, ambience all fab. We parked for free a short walk away.

The apartment had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and all the facilities were available, including a washing machine and the option to make coffee. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach. It was very quiet at night, and I even slept with the windows open so I could hear the sea waves. It felt calm and peaceful. The AC and heating worked perfectly as well. Everything was comfortable and well organized.

The stunning location and views. The apartment had all we needed and was comfortable. Yes small but fine for our 2 day stay. Host was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We ate in 2 closest to apartment and very good. We loved Villajoyosa and would definitely return. The sunrises were amazing.

Great location, lovely view to the sea, situated above good bars and restaurants but quiet at night. Close to parking. Really well equipped and comfortable little apartment with air con unit, separate comfortable bed and everything you need for a short stay. Dogs allowed and friendly owner.

The location is perfect, right on the promenade with an incredible view! The place is small, but ideal for a couple. There is everything you need for a short stay (except the corkscrew 😉). And, the airconditioning works great. The communication with the host and the check-in were smooth.
