“Misleading Room advertisement and unresponsive Host”

I booked a room that was explicitly advertised as having a terrace but was instead given a room with only a French kind balcony. After I raised a complaint, the owner changed the room’s pictures and description on this platform. Despite this, they refused to provide any compensation or room change, also my bill was not adjusted accordingly. The owner also does not respond to any messages sent through this platform.

I am disappointed about the property, I don’t recommend it. The name of Suites is not giving the real idea of Suites, it is too expensive for what you get for service and other quality matters. I asked for some extra water and coffee cups, they said it is not conform their policy. You pay too much money and it wouldn’t be an issue to give some extra coffee cups and water. Parking is a problem, you need to park at least one km away of the property for free, otherwise you need to pay € 18,- per day for the garage. The property is on a hill, when you go to beach you need to go down the hill and then up the hill which is not easy for everyone. They only say the beach is close the property but they don’t tell you that it is a silty hill. The stuf is not friendly, I totally did not like it and will never come again.
