“Bittersweet”

“Excellent position, fabulous views and lovely and clean”
The position was perfect and sea view amazing. Our room very big and regularly cleaned, sheets and towels were changed often. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff friendly and polite. A lovely choice of food for breakfast. We left early for a flight and missed breakfast, so they gave us a picnic box which great.

“Very poor value for money”
The location is excellent; however, the hotel falls far short of 4-star standards. Cleanliness is lacking, the rooms are austere, with dirty and damaged walls, and the furniture is worn, with stains and burn marks. Overall, both the furnishings and the design are outdated and in need of significant renovation.

“Beachfront clean great”
Exceptional cleanliness! Beachfront property. I spent a few days there with my mother. Staff were very helpful, breakfast is a huge buffet with lots of choices. They even have gluten free options. The pool is great (it was cold in early April so didn’t use it).

“Beachfront location with lovely sea views”
Lovely sea views. Great location on the promenade, close to restaurants. Very walkable to and from the tram to Alicante thanks to the escalators that link the town centre to the beach front. We checked in at midday and we were delighted that our room was ready for us so early.

“Fabulous, would stay again.”
Fabulous location right opposite the beach. Friendly front of house/staff. Breakfast was fab, everything you could possibly want. Pool bathing area nice but not especially big.
