It would truly be a shame not to choose El Marcket. We booked a room with three beds and can honestly say that these are the best beds we have ever slept in. We have stayed in many hotels and hostels over the years, but we have never experienced such a great night's sleep as we did here. The staff are exceptionally wonderful, helpful, and welcoming. The location is also excellent and makes the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The shower is especially impressive, with excellent water pressure that makes the experience even better. One thing that particularly stood out to us was how well the property is equipped for guests with mobility challenges. There is excellent accessibility for wheelchair users and people using walking aids, and there is also an elevator in the building. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. Many thanks for the outstanding service and wonderful hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend El Marcket and would gladly stay here again.

“Economic hostel in convenient location”

Very nice polite, helpful man on reception. I'm grateful I was able to check in to the room earlier as it was available already. Modern shower, wardrobe and a little balcony. Reasonable price. Handy location, 10 minutes walk to beach and next to a Spar supermarket, an indoor fruit and seafood mercado (open in the mornings until 2pm) and a terraced pizzeria.

Location was perfect right next to market and 5 mins walk to the beach . We bought ham, cheese and bread daily from the market which was delicious.

The location, staff and extras. The lobby area was a great space with a microwave, cups, plates and a television. The hotel is situated right next to the market and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The town is even closer with approximately 5 minutes. There are so many aspects of Vila Joiosa close to the hotel. A special mention to Pedro who was extremely helpful prior to arriving and on arrival. Thank you.

Very noisy, not pretty, no good value for money

Location was good, a fairly short walk to the beach, a really good restaurant and a small supermarket next door. Staff was really friendly and did their best to resolve our issues. This is a hostel and feels more like a dorm than a hotel, very simple, but everything was clean and we enjoyed the stay.

“Lovely stay”

Amazing hotel very close to the beach. The rooms are nice and clean, we had the balcony and it was handy to have that extra room to chill. The staff is really good, helpful and always happy to answer your questions or give you information. There is a fridge and a small hall that guests can use to eat and store food and drinks.

Great location. Spar supermarket next door. 10 minutes walk down to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lift to all floors. Aircon fab. Shower was good. Communal area downstairs with fridge and microwave. There was a small TV with Spanish channels.

Easy check-in. Helpful man to greet us and tell us about everything. Nice room and large bathroom with shower. Extremely clean. Two towels each provided, toilet paper and liquid hand soap. Communal area & microwave , fridge etc for dining (although we didn't need to use it). Brightly lit room. Large wardrobe, dressing table and chair. Good TV and free WiFi. Central location surrounded by bars and restaurants.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfy, a great shower And aircon included, the staff were super helpful and friendly. It is up a bit of a hill but it’s not too bad and only about 10 mins slow walk from the beach
