“Chill”
I liked the fact that a single room with private bathroom has the same price as a bed in dormitory in a classic hostel. The place is nice, a bit vintage. The guys running the place are friendly and chill. It was what I was looking for.

I guess you get what you paid for. You did not pay for hot water, but paid for a loud refrigerator in your room that keeps you up all night. I was there for 1 night only.

“Great stay in a great location.”
This hotel is great value for money. I have seen many negative reviews on this place but you get what you pay for. If you want a more luxurious hotel just pay more and don't give negative reviews on a great value for money hotel. Already booked for another visit.

This was not in Villjoyosa, it was a bus ride or train to the town.Advertised as beach front, quite a walk to nearest beach.No cleaning of room or towels for 5 days. No staff only the man who owned or ran the property. Very disappointing. Advertised with a beautiful courtyard that we could use , with tables ,chairs and plants, for an extra cost, we paid but it didn't exist, just bare concrete.

Location was great for public transport, and the beach was within easy walking distance. Comfortable rooms, huge TV with a good choice to watch when relaxing in the evening.

“Perfecto!”
We stayed here just for one night on our way back home, as I had a small accident during our holiday and didn’t feel up to driving for so many hours. Honestly, it turned out to be a brilliant choice. First of all, a huge thank you for your help with the car, we were starting to feel quite stressed and you really saved the day. In my country, when someone does something that clever and helpful, we say they’re an artist (meaning a true genius) and you definitely earned that title! The place itself is great value for money. The TV and fridge are little extras that make a big difference. Not sure if you painted the pictures on the wall yourself and that’s where the name comes from, but if so — hats off, they’re lovely! All in all, a very comfortable stopover, and a genuinely warm experience. Thanks again for everything!
