Location is the main bonus. The building is part of the history and character of Villa but the decor is a bit too fussy which gives it a shabby ( not shabby chic ) look. I imagine the owners are trying to upgrade it as and when they can.

It's a small beachfront house, with a ground floor and three floors + a terrace on the top floor, with exceptional sunrise views and a quiet beach, which for the Spanish autumn, is perfect in terms of climate and number of tourists.

Wow, this place is truly impressive! The apartment is huge, spread over several levels, and has a unique character. The views of the beach, promenade, and palm trees are simply magical – you can enjoy them for hours from the windows or the terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen – plenty of comfort for a larger group. The interior is original yet very cozy. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby, so the location is perfect too. If you’re looking for something special and don’t mind a few stairs – this is the place for you!

The house is so cute and so clean. I loved the shower room downstairs so you didn't bring sand up the stairs. The location was amazing! I loved having a swim early in the morning before breakfast. so close to the beach

This is the most beautiful, quirky house with everything you could want and more - towels, bedding, chairs for the beach, board games etc. Sitting on the balcony watching the sea and sunrise was amazing and you are literally 30 seconds walk to the beach. So many restaurants and cafes close by and the tiny streets of the old town are just around the corner. We walked up to the Creuta tram stop from where is so easy and cheap to head up (or down) the coast.

Everything about the house is fantastic. It is comfortable and has everything you would need. It is situated in an excellent position overlooking the sea and with many lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Gabriel was on time to meet us and had excellent communication with us.
