It's a nice building and it is located in a nice area of the city. Close the centre, to the river, supermarkets and places to eat. But there many others that offer exactly the same.

“You can't get everything for $36 but....”
Staff was good. Not much English but I know even less Spanish. Good location, by the river and right around the corner from the square. Good shower.

Close to the center of the city. The bed was large and comfortable. It was clean. One of the young men at the reception was helpful.

“Could be good, but noisy at night.”
Good location for the old part of the city - but be aware there are roadworks that cut off vehicle access to it. I'm sure they will last several months. Not the fault of the hotel but if you need to get close to it by car, you need to ring them up to find out how to do it. Otherwise the staff were friendly and professional, it was clean and tidy and very close to many places to eat and drink.
