The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was nicely appointed and dinner in the restaurant was excellent as was tbd breakfast.

Fantastic location and great views into the lake and teh mountains. A bit difficult to reach but totally worthwile. Staff very friendly and hotel with great facilities and very nice rooms

“Most wonderful experience in amazing hotel !”
we had the best time in Hotel Alto Traful! we could check in early and our room was upgraded. we enjoyed the massages, pool and dinner at the hotel and everything was excellent. the staff was amazing, very helpful and professional, we regret spending only one night and would return any time !
