There was a permanent water dripping, which was very disturbing all night and which made it impossible to sleep. The staff was very friendly but unable to help. Even at the second night, the problem was not solved!

“Peaceful room with gorgeous lake views”
The rooms were lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. We stayed here before and after cycling the siete lagos and they very kindly stored our bags for us.

We loved the rustic, cosy feel of the hotel - lots of common areas to sit and relax in. The location was also great with a few restaurants/bars in walking distance. We stayed in a room with a spa bath which had a beautiful view.

“A dream come true with an authentic feel of Patagonia!”
An amazing hotel in a fantastic freshly-rennovated wooden manshion with lovely staff, good healthy breakfasts, big wooden fireplace and a very reasonable price/quality ratio. Great for Digital Nomads, as it has a very comfortable and spacious lobby, overlooking the lake and tge mountains with great high-speed internet. The owners are lovely and helped us a lot in exploring the wonderfull area of Villa-la-Angostura. Would love to come back again!

The room was lovely and the lady who waited for us to check at 10pm was lovely. Very accommodating. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs and good coffee. I liked the fireplace in the room and the spa bath. Sat nav takes you past the hotel which is up a steep path so ask the hotel for a pin drop. We had to use the snow chains to depart the hotel as it had snowed quite a bit during the night.
