This hotel has a lovely environment. The owner Carlos was very warm and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Mexican restaurant that he recommended was great too.

“It's a pleasant place to stay, quiete and with a very helpful staff.”
Quiete place with very nice and helpful staff. An old colonial house moved into a small comfortable hotel.

“Beautiful hotel with top class service”
My family spent a very comfotable night here. The rooms are bright and clean in a beautifully restored old house and grounds. Carlos and his family offered superb personal attention; we did not want for anything. The breakfast was delicious. The town is a lovely old place with an interesting local museum very nearby. In summary I would wholly recommend Los Artesanos to anyone stopping in Villa Alegre
