Cute and fully equipped apartment in approx hundred years old house. Perfect location right in between town and a beach, which is accessible just down the stairs from top of the hill. Quite neighborhood, parking, grocery shop just few minutes walk. Definitely can recommend!

Excellent location! Everything (e.g. the beach, the old town, restaurants) was just a short walk away.

Very charming place and welcoming host! The location is just perfect - in 2 min you can reach the beach of Viljandi lake and on the same distance the old town. Apartment has all necessary things for the pleasant stay. Thank you one more time, dear Karin!

The location was just perfect - around the corner there was Trepimägi and Viljandi Lake and the city. The staff were very helpful and nice. Property itself was very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you need.

In the morning you can step out and really feel like a homeowner in a small town for a day :) - Charming interior with ornamental furniture put together with thought - Comfortable bed - Host pre-warmed the apartment with the traditional wood-oven/stove so it was very cozy to step in on a chill autumn day - relaxed atmosphere all around and the host was kind enough to let us park after checkout so that we could explore the city without worrying about the car

This is the second time I return to this place - charming and lovely wooden apartment with windows to the street and the lake. Excellent location to several cafes and supermarket and the lake. The house is heated with wood by the owner each day. We loved the old furniture and cleanliness of the house. Parking is free just on the street next to the house.

Excellently central and with a beautiful decor. Makes you feel right at home in Viljandi, with the lake a stone's throw away. The bed was comfy and the tiny kitchenette absolutely adequate for a short stay. The keys were delivered conveniently and drop-off was equally simple and pleasant. The owner also offered to heat up the beautiful old timey fireplace on the one colder and damper day that I was there, which was a lovely gesture.
