“Hot but still beautiful!”

What a beautiful architectural building in a beautiful place!!!! The room overlooking the atrium was lovely. Great that we could connect our Netflix. Most importantly - we stayed on new years eve and the weather was -14. When we can back in the early hours after the music finished in the square. The receptionist kindly allowed us to make a hot fruit tea to allow us to warm up. This was greatly appreciated!!!! The breakfast was really tasty and options for a veggie gluten free. Would have been great to have some toast but overall I was happy & my hubby enjoyed his meal. The gentleman on check out was jolly & welcoming. Whilst we travelled & experienced various hotels in Estonia - this was our most enjoyable for comfort despite the issues with the lack of sleep and heat of our room. We would 100 percent come back here again in our lifetime!!!!

Really nice stay. House full of history. Really majestic but really modern at the same time. Really loved the breakfast . Rituals hygien products were really nice touch.

It's a beautiful hotel but there is nothing special to bring out. It's clean and the staff is nice. Loved the big bath in our room. And the location is amazing of course.

I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. The rooms were stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making the stay feel truly special. The location is also perfect — close to the park and within walking distance of the town’s main attractions.

Great location - in the middle of the (old) town centre overlooking nice park (assuming you took the room with a view!). Quite small establishment with not so many rooms ensuring good privacy. Really clean and well-maintained somewhat unique interior. Decent bed and pillow choice ensured good night sleep (can be subjective). Breakfast was of a good quality (really enjoyed their scrambled eggs) and coffee, but generally with limited options.

One of the main assets of this hotel are the *staff*. They were consistently polite, helpful and caring. I would like to acknowledge in particular Kersti and Edmond at Reception and Gedy-Ly in the restaurant for their sterling service. Upon arrival I was given a room upgrade, and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet, with a splendid view of the magnificent evergreen trees just outside. The breakfast was very good indeed. I liked everything, particularly the scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants and jam.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great, The side of the room was a bit low, and one could hit their head, I understand it's a quiet town however the restaurant closes early which could potentially generate more income
