Location was excellent for my need and amenities met my expectations. Cute little room with comfortable bed. It was also nice to have a refrigerator and kettle in the room and a fully equipped kitchen just outside the room, to prepare your own meals. The room was hot just like I expected after so many hot days, but it was possible to get it cooled a bit by opening the window. Too bad the room was facing the busy Tallin street. I had to close the window for night, because of the noise. Window closed, the room was really quiet though. Free private parking on the courtyard was also useful.

It was an extremely good location to stay at. It was easy to get the key. We had a fridge in the room. The bathroom was big. There was a kitchen next door.

Great location on the main road through Viljandi and easy walking distance from the old town, the coach station, the shopping area and the castle/song festival area. There are bus stops right outside if you want to travel to or from the train station by bus. My room faced the road, but I did not have any problems with noise - the windows were double glazed and since it was autumn I did not need to have them open. A code was provided for the main door at ground level as well as a key for the room itself, so there is easy access at all hours and it also feels quite safe and secure at night. The room itself was very clean, a good size, with a comfortable double bed, drawers, somewhere to hang clothes, and a desk/table and chair. There was also a small fridge, a kettle and a TV with a good selection of channels. The private bathroom was clean and roomy with good water pressure and some toiletries provided. The room opened onto a communal kitchen area which contained crockery, cooking facilities and pans etc. I only stayed for one night, but I imagine that a longer stay would be quite comfortable as the whole place was quiet, clean and very well equipped. It definitely exceeded my expectations for the price, and I would happily choose this accommodation again if staying in Viljandi.

Great property very well located with all you need for a family stay

Location is right in the centre of Viljandi. Room is not big, but good enough for 2. There is a small fridge in the room and one kitchen for 5 rooms.

This was an incredible room. Definitely one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, and I travel a lot. Spacious, comfortable and practical room with an excellent attached bathroom. Kettle and a large fridge inside the room. Shared kitchen with a stove, microwave and even a washing machine and a drier. Big windows. Excellent lightning. Large desk suitable for work. Excellent WiFi. Towels and all toiletries supplied. Lights and sockets by the bed. Everything is colour matched, and I really mean EVERYTHING. That made the room so cozy. Excellent location within walking distance from everything. Easy to find as there is a gigantic mural on their wall.
