Overview
Located a 15-minute walk from the centre of Viljandi, Kaare Guesthouse is 300 metres away from Paala Lake. It offers apartments with free Wi-Fi, a TV set and kitchenette. “Summer trip through Viljandi - absolutely recommende place for relaxed stay!”
It would be a good stay for summer, esp. if you are traveling with family. There is a lot of room for all, nice courtyard, lots of green and places fro kids. Very convenient that you can cook yourself outside, there is enough room for whatever equipment, parking is arranged and host is nearby for any questions.

“Long weekend at Kaare Guesthouse”
Houses had many entrances and a lot room to move around - there where many of us so it was useful. Yard was nice and there was many chairs and tables to chill outside. Everything was nice and clean. Inside the houses had everything what we needed. We prepared all the food and as they had all the kitchen equipment it was super easy.

It would be a good stay for summer, esp. if you are traveling with family. There is a lot of room for all, nice courtyard, lots of green and places fro kids. Very convenient that you can cook yourself outside, there is enough room for whatever equipment, parking is arranged and host is nearby for any questions.

Property was calm and quiet. The garden is nice. There was a sauna inside the apartment. The apartment was equipped with good air conditioning.

A spacious sitting area in the living room. Kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need. Barbecue and different attractions for children in the garden. Access to the house was easy and everything was comfortable. There could have been a double bed in one of the bedrooms.

“Feels like home”
Private cosy apartment near lake Paala. The city centre was not so far away. For our pleasure we had no problems with parking or having a bed to our toddler. The host was very helpful and cheerful. Free WiFi and a kitchen corner were included as well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This apartment was in a backyard and there were chairs in front of the apartment which made it possible to spend some time outdoors. Apartment was on the ground floor which allowed us to leave our baby stroller just behind the entrance.

“Great place to stay in beautiful Viljandi”
It was the great place to stay in Viljandi: calm, clean and cozy. The host was very friendly, we had a chance to check-in earlier, thank you! Facilities are in a good condition, also we enjoyed sauna. Hope to visit this place again during the summer season.
